    摘要:

    针对星敏感器用高灵敏度大面阵型探测器芯片稀缺性问题,提出基于国产高灵敏度CMOS图像传感器(CIS)的成像组件设计方案。依据星敏感成像组件工作原理,设计基于CIS的星敏感成像组件硬件电路,开发基于AEI(Advanced Extensible Interface)总线控制模块的FPGA软件和DSP软件交互式高速数据传输方式,并对星敏感器实际应用中关注的非均匀性、线性度、动态范围以及信噪比等技术指标进行了测试,结果表明,CIS星敏感成像组件的这几项指标满足恒星探测的实际应用需求

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the scarcity of large-pixel large-area array detector chips used in star sensors, a design scheme of an imaging module based on domestic high-sensitivity CMOS image sensors (CIS) is proposed. According to the working principle of the star-sensitive imaging module, the hardware circuit of the star-sensitive imaging module based on CIS is designed. An interactive high-speed data transmission mode of FPGA software and DSP software based on the AEI (Advanced Extensible Interface) bus control module is developed. Moreover,technical parameters such as non-uniformity, linearity, dynamic range, and signal-to-noise ratio, which are concerned in the practical application of star sensors, are tested. The results show that these indicators of the CIS star-sensitive imaging module meet the actual application requirements for star detection.
