Abstract:In this paper, design of diode side-pumped solid state laser pump source, the influence factors of gain characteristics are analyzed in depth, and the relationship between the structural parameters and the distribution uniformity of pump light is systematically demonstrated. In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the corresponding relationship between the chip spacing, pump distance, absorption coefficient and other parameters of the ring-pumped structure and the area-array pump structure and the uniformity and absorption efficiency of the absorption field in the crystal under the set conditions, which provides a theoretical reference for the design and engineering of side-pumped solid-state lasers.
