Abstract:In this paper, the spectral calibration of the single-lens imaging spectrometer is studied, and the relative relationship between the wavelength and the image plane is marked by the sweeping method of the monochromator, and the characteristic spectral line of the mercury lamp is used for verification. According to the selected single lens model, the calibration scheme and steps are designed, an experimental platform is built according to the scheme, and the experimental analysis and verification are completed. The final results show that the calibration method in this paper is suitable for single-lens imaging spectral equipment.
