Abstract:In this paper, the general mobility model considering temperature, electric field intensity and carrier concentration is adopted, and the generation of carriers is calculated by using the actual solar spectrum and the absorption coefficient of non-fullerene materials. The theoretical modeling of organic solar cells is carried out by combining the drift diffusion equation and current continuity equation. The model was used to calculate the three characteristic curves of high efficiency organic solar cells. The model was used to calculate the three characteristic curves of high efficiency organic solar cells. The results showed that the voltage current characteristic curves calculated by the model were in good agreement with the experimental data, and the other two characteristic curves were also in good agreement with the experimental data. In addition, the effect of energy disorder on the device performance was analyzed by using the model, and the results have guiding significance for further improving the performance of organic solar cells.
