The technical parameters of two-output optical distributor were analyzed with mathematical modeling. The principles and specification table for determining the key technical parameters are given. The technical specifications of two-output optical distributor with ΔP=±0.2dBm is designed and proved by practical applications. In practical designs, the maximum allowed variation is not less than 0.2dBm, so the devices designed according to the specification table generally can satisfy practical applications.
