A new type of four-channel, surface mount and high speed optocoupler is manufactured. The circuit structure, operation principles, parameter design, characteristics and characteristic curve analysis are mainly introduced, and the manufacturing process is briefly described. Applying cavity separation technology, four light paths are separated physically, then the mutual interference of multi-signal will be prevented. The package type of this module applies ceramic metal 16-pin SOIC flat pack airproof package, realizing high-speed, low power consumption and small bulk.
